The only lowered expectation is that fans of those series don't expect to have new games every two years. Nintendo doesn't rush their core franchises.

Well classic Sega/Sonic fans essentially died in 2007 with the release of Mario and Sonic at the Olympic games, Mario and Sonic joining forces...NEVER!!!!! Plus that was published by Nintendo as well in Japan.

Not sure it bugs me but hey hes rigth its not a customer loser so in a way they are smart becasue yes there annoying can you crete enough stink to challenge them ? prob. can but its more work then anyones willing to put out to stop ads on there system. they would rather play.
